Wreaths must NOT be exposed to any moisture OR constant direct sunlight. We suggest wreath be hung under a covered porch away from moisture and direct sun to extend the life of your WildRidge Wreath.

Returns and exchange details
WildRidge Wreaths are Custom Made. If you have a problem or concern with your order PLEASE contact us within 3 DAYS of receiving it. We will do our best to resolve any issues, but WE WILL NOT ACCEPT any Exchanges or Returns after 3 Days of Delivery.

🌼Before a return/exchange request is accepted, we require a photo of the item being returned via Etsy Conversations. Once the return is approved, please ship the wreath in the original box with original packing materials within 7 days of receiving it. Please contact us with any questions. When we receive the package in our shop, we will refund your original payment minus shipping charges.
RETURN SHIPPING IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY
** If a wreath is returned without contacting us first, there will be an automatic 20% restocking fee.
** If a wreath is shipped back after the 7 day window, there may be a 20% restocking fee.
🌼 If your wreath is DAMAGED during shipping, please provide photos of the damage to the wreath and the box and notify us immediately upon receipt so we can address the situation.
🌼 You will always be notified via email to the email on your account that your package has been shipped along with your tracking number. If your purchase shows "delivered" and you did not receive it, carriers must be notified within 5 days of "delivery" notification for us to properly investigate with carriers. Lost packages are not our responsibility if we are not notified in a timely manner to help with the investigation of a lost package.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: We cannot guarantee the lifespan of a wreath that is placed outdoors. Any arrangement placed outdoors is going to weather according to your particular climate conditions and whether it's in a covered location. If you display your wreath on a covered door, you will certainly get a longer life out of it, provided it's not in direct sunlight. ***As stated in my berry wreath descriptions*** Please keep all berry wreaths under a covered area as the berries are not waterproof and cannot receive any moisture and direct sunlight may fade berries over time.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE: When purchasing wreaths with bows. I will create the wreaths and send the ribbon for you to attach the bows. I do not tie the bows on the wreaths, as doors, hangers and placement of the wreaths can vary. If you have any questions, please contact me.

First, I have to say how absolutely amazing Christi is! She answered any and all questions I had and was so patient! I have ordered several items from her and LOVE her wreaths! Not only are they stunning and smell amazing but they are well worth what you pay. Recently, I ordered 2 heart wreaths, one for my mom in TX and one for myself in PA. We both love them and will be ordering again soon! Christi also made sure that my mom's wreath got pulled and shipped the next day with the expedited handling. Thank you so much Christi!
